A2: chest supported row
B1: floor press
B2: single DB shoulder press
C1: DB deadlift
D1: lunges
I have no idea what kind of weight I used cause it was all dumbells.

If you look on the side of most dumbbells, they'll tell you how much they weigh. Just a tip...
i checked the other day and...you're right.
I dont carry a pencil and paper to hotel workouts that force me into exercises I will never do again.
