29,29,29 on the 200's and I didn't time anything else. The first 200 I got passed as we rounded the corner (I was on the outside) and maintained to stay in the middle of the pack. In the next one I went out the same and nobody caught me which was a little surprising. In the last one the fast guys caught me again but I was able to stay closer. The 100's felt good, but around 85 I start breaking down a bit. On the 40's I had a little trouble getting from my acceleration phase to straight sprint phase.
