pulls ups, 6 @ 0, 4 @ 25, 5 @ 25
plank workout

1 min right*
1 min left
25 sec, pause, 30 sec reg
Something is wrong with my right oblique. I can only do 15 seconds at a time because it hurts. No other symptoms. Weird. Still did better than last time. I think Ill get the whole 4 minutes in February.

What are toe taps? Sounds gay.
You better believe it.
Stand facing a bench with your right foot on the bench. In one, "high knee" like motion bring your left foot up to the bench and shoot your right down the ground. Each foot stays in place for a fraction of a second as you alternate feet so essentially you are tapping the bench with your toe. I think it is a legit exercise so maybe someone else can put a name to it.
I'm doing it for some cardio because it is very quad heavy.
Oh....I call those "plyo step ups".
How can it be a step up when you aren't going anywhere?
Because the name is a "step up" from toe taps, which makes you sound like a ballerina, not an athlete.

I hope we can all agree that box march, scissor steps, and plyo step ups all sound less gay than toe taps. But hey Ben, the site is called "Faust's Workouts" for a reason - just don't bring that weak shit to the BUW.
