Got under the bench for the 1st time in a while to push myself and see how weak I have gotten.

A flat bench

B1 pull ups:
4 @ 25
4 @ 20
6 @ 20

B2 1 armed shoulder press:
(3) 6 @ 45

C1: prone pullup
(3) 8

C2: push! ups
(3) 10

D1: prone trap raises
(3) 10 @ 15

D2: physio ball front planks
(3) @ 45 secs
