Weights: Monday 9/24/7

I was tight for time because I had to be back at work at 6:30 pm and I didn't get to gym until past 5:30

some dynamic stretches

deadlifts:
(4) 4 @ 225

hanging cleans:
(1) 4 @ 135
(2) 4 @ 145

bulgarian split squats:
(3) 8 @ 35
