Warm up lap around the block.
Warm up set of 3, right into a hard set of three, right into alternating jog/hard for 6, rest.
3 hard ones with a minute in between each one.

Tue: Cardio
Wed: Total Body
Thur: off
Fri: Practice
I hope work doesn't f to much with this schedule and that I can get my sled up to par in time for TUE cardio.
