I felt bad. Real bad. I figured I was gonna throw up, but I didnt.

I liked the last (2) 200's a lot. The last 40 yards of the last 200 I really pushed it almost getting up to a full sprint. If we are ending on 200's I can usually just let it hang out. It becomes body over mind.

This is the problem. Where I can just let my body take over on 200's, the 400's are a mental battle. I definitly have another gear that I am not hitting that my mind is telling me I don't have. I think about it to much. It's to much time. I really want to get the rest of my 400's at 75 secs. Might not seem that ambitious, but it is more of a mental thing for me.

As far as the workout goes no. Great workout. I might have gotten rid of the 2nd 400 after the 3 minute break. Everyones times sucked. As far as the person doing it I would have liked to run the 1st (2) 400's at 73 and the 2nd (2) at 75, and gotten the last (2) 200's at 30 or below.
