how would you rate this as a successful food management day?
Except for the ice cream this was pretty money.
The ham I get is low sodium so breakfast is pretty much perfect. I should probably up the whites/yolks ratio, but its more expensive that way and the whites alone taste like ass.
Im all right with the pb and j. The j is low sugar, 4 grams a serving or so, the bread whole wheat and peanut butter has some great fats in it.
The indian i made was very healthy. Maybe a little high in sodium due to the canned chick peas.
A tuna sandwich is a great source of protien and nutrition if you limit the mayo and pirates booty is all air, but delicious.
The baked fish salad is obviously healthy and the ice cream was my one splurge for 48 hours although it was just about 4-5 tablespoons.
Actually I would consider this close to ideal. If someone who knows more about this stuff wants to counter that claim I'm all ears.
