I often warm up with 300 jump ropes. I remember the first time, in the 2005-2006 college season, when I did all 300 in perfect rhythm. I felt like DiCaprio on the bow of the Titanic - I feel you here.
90 degree raises - Same as lat raises?
Truth - it's quite the accomplishment to beat a Jersey resident at Skee-ball.
It was actually just a 45 degree, pretty sure the guy said 90, back extention.
